We want you to feel good about your purchase. If the toolkit isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation required.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used to purchase, or
- Email us at embodiedabi@gmail.com with your order details and we'll pass the request through to Paddle for you.
What happens after a refund is approved
Once your refund is approved by Paddle, your access to the paid toolkit will be revoked. You'll keep your account and any journal entries you've written, but the phases, guided audio, and any paid content will no longer be available.
Refunds after 30 days
After 30 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Reach out and we'll do our best to help.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. In almost all cases we can resolve the issue directly and faster than your bank can.
